3.4 MacArthur Fundamental Parking Lot <br />Mr. Monet stated there was an informal understanding that the parking lot can <br />be used; however, new gates were installed and locked. City needs access. <br />Committee suggested the staff get together to resolve how city will have <br />access. <br />3.5 Santa Ana Valley High School Sports Complex <br />Mr. Mouet stated Valley was under a joint use agreement, whereby city installed <br />the sports lighting for use of fields. The lighting was removed to install the <br />new sports complex. Need to discuss the continuation of its joint use or <br />availability through the Civic Center Act. <br />4.0 Parking and Traffic <br />4.1 Grant Site Parking (Diagonal) <br />Mr. Palacio suggested diagonal parking spaces; Mr. Cavazos suggested staff <br />look into it and return with a solution to continue discussion. <br />6.0 dater Conservation and Education Presentation <br />Nabil Saba, Water Resources Manager for the City of Santa Ana provided an <br />update and stated the governor requires a 25% reduction in water usage, Santa <br />Ana is required to reduce its water usage by 12€. Jessica Ouwerkerk, Public <br />Affairs Manager with the Municipal.
