<br />The City proposes to enter into a two -year agreement with Merchants Landscape Services, Inc.
<br />with two, one -year renewal options, for the maintenance of district 1 and 4.
<br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT
<br />Approval of this item allows the City to meet Goal #6 Community Facilities & Infrastructure,
<br />Objective #1 (Establish and maintain a Community Investment Plan for all City assets), Strategy
<br />B (Equitably maintain existing streets and associated assets in a state of good repair so they are
<br />clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing for all users).
<br />FISCAL IMPACT
<br />Funds are available in the PRCSA -Park Maintenance (no. 01113250 - 62320), Police Department -
<br />Criminal Activities (no. 02614450- 62300) and Finance and Management Services -City Yard
<br />Operations (no. 08510138 - 62300) expenditure accounts for the remainder of FY 2015 -2016 in
<br />the following amounts: $310,758, $3,575 and $10,633, respectively for a total of $324,966 during
<br />FY 15 -16.

<br />renewal periods, if executed:
