Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to award and execute a <br />contract to Metro Builders & Engineers Group, Ltd., the lowest responsive <br />bidder, in accordance with the bid in the amount of $448,339.60 and the Additive <br />Alternate Two of $20,300, for a contract total of $468,639.60, for the Santa Ana <br />Stadium Structural Concrete Repairs, subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. <br /> <br />2. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated project delivery cost of <br />$689,300, which includes the contract base bid amount, administration, <br />inspection and testing, and a contractual contingency of $130,992, subject to <br />non-substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />25A.
