Other <br />services include webinars (including archived recordings) and live training, online interview and job <br />description builders, job analysis questionnaires and online Links and Resources related to public HR, <br />Payment for Services: <br />A Purchase Order can be submitted to begin services, but a check must be received within 45 days <br />after the POinreceived. <br />~ Full -year: Payment indue each July 1, Afu||'yaar'usubscription begins July 1 and ends the <br />following June 3O. <br />* Mid -Year., A mid-yoar payment is for services from January I — June 30 in the same year, The <br />mid -year payment option requires a1.5year commitment. 8yagreeing Lothis service <br />agreement the agency agrees topay for ufull-year following the initial mid -year payment tarn\n. <br />Test Material Requests: <br />Multiple-choice test materials from the online item bank are requested by completing a CATS Request <br />Form. /\Module catalog has been provided under Test Materials to describe the some of the types of <br />materials that can berequested for multiple choice tests. <br />Other test materials such as interviews (interview Builder), supplemental applications, writing, and <br />performance exercises (under Test Materials) can be accessed from the secure areas of the website, If <br />customized materials are needed, the customer will complete a CATS Request Form and provide <br />current job information. <br />Customers must provide a job description and other information that would help CODESP staff select <br />job-related materials, The customer will allow at least 10 business days for the request to be filled. If <br />new test materials need to be developed, the request may take longer to fill. The choice of the test <br />materials is the customer's responsibility. A job analysis is highly recommended to determine test <br />content, All test materials should be reviewed by a local subject matter expert prior to use, <br />A maximum of five custom test material requests can be submitted by the subscriber per month. <br />CODESP provides unlimited access to the products and services accessible from the secure areas of <br />the website that do not require completing a CATS Request Form, Unlimited test products include the <br />approximately 5,000 interview questions in the Interview Builder and posted sample test materials such <br />as supplemental applications, writing, situational and performance exercises. <br />CODESP 20422 Beach Blvd. Suite 400, Huntington Beach, CA 92648 <br />
