Resolutions Affirming Bonus For City Manager and Clerk of the Council and Amended and <br />Restated Employment Agreement for City Manager <br />February 2, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #7 — Team Santa Ana, Objective #4 <br />(establish employee compensation that attracts and retains a highly qualified workforce), and <br />Objective #7 (develop a culture of motivated and innovative leaders in the organization). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The City Council's adoption of the Resolution affirms a five percent bonus in the amount of <br />$8,196.40 for the Clerk of the Council and $17,085.53 for the City Manager.
