Any issues related to the bill must be brought to <br />the attention of tlro Executive Director of Personnel Services within fifteen <br />(15) days of its receipt and must be resolved within fifteen (15) remaining <br />days so that the bills are paid in a timely manner as stated (within thirty <br />(3 0) days of its receipt), <br />8. The Union shall provide an insurance policy or policies, or certifroate of <br />such insurance, naming the City of Santa Ana, its officers and employees <br />as insured or additional insured which provides coverage against liability <br />for any and all claims and /or suits for damages or injuries to persons or <br />property resulting from or wising out of any act or omission of said Union <br />representative, Said policy or policies of insurance shall provide coverage <br />for both bodily injury and property damage not less than the following <br />minimum amounts: one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit <br />or its equivalent. Said policy or policies shall also contain a provision that <br />no termination, cancellation or change of coverage of insured or additional <br />insured shall be effective until after thirty (3 0) clays' notico has been given <br />in writing to the City of Santa Ana. <br />9. The Union shall provide the City of Santa Ana with at, insurance carrier <br />certifying that it carries primary workers' compensation insurance on <br />behalf of said Union representative and the policy shall not be canceled <br />nor coverage reduced until after ten (10) working days' notice has been <br />given in writing to the City of Santa Ana, <br />10, The Union shall indemnify and save harmless the City of Santa Ana, its <br />officers and employees from and against tiny and all damage to property or <br />injuries to or death of any person or persons, including property and <br />employees or agents to the City of Santa Ana. The Union shall defend, <br />indemnify, and save harmless the City of Santa Ana, its officers and <br />employees from any kind and all claims to demands, suits, actions or <br />proceedings of any kind oT nature, including, but not by way of <br />limitations, workers' compensation claims, resulting from or arising out of <br />the negligent acts, errors, or omissions, arising out of the intentional or <br />malicious acts of the Union's representatives. <br />11, The Union and the City of Santa Ana agree that the Union President will <br />not be required to carry out any City duties diving the time the Union <br />President is on President's leave twenty (20) hours per week, The Union <br />President will be required to comply with the rules and regulations of the <br />City of Santa Ana as they apply to off -duty employees, except such Union <br />President will not be required to report to work for any purpose daring the <br />four (4) hours per clay or twenty (20) hours per week of Union President's <br />leave time. <br />62 <br />26A -66 <br />
