Agreement with the SEIU Part Time Non Civil Service Unit <br />March 1, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br />7) Paycheck: An employee who does not receive a paycheck due to City's administrative <br />error may receive a special paycheck within five business days. <br />8) Training: Employees will receive training and policies /procedures. <br />9) Uniforms: Uniformed employees will receive a sufficient number of uniforms per year and <br />may request additional uniforms. <br />10) Callback Pay: Employees who are called back to work when not scheduled will receive a <br />minimum of one hour of pay. <br />11) Work - Related Expenses: Employees will be reimbursed for pre- approved work - related <br />expenses. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item allows the City to meet Goal #7 — Team Santa Ana, Objective #6 - (Provide <br />a positive workplace environment that supports the health of its employees and celebrates its <br />success and Goals). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />This agreement will result in a cost of $156,167 during fiscal year 2015 -16 and a cost of <br />$316,238 during fiscal year 2016 -17 for a total cost to the City of $472,405 during the term of the <br />Memorandum.
