These requests have been reviewed and <br />classification /compensation studies have been conducted, resulting in recommendations to <br />create, retitle, delete and adjust the compensation level of various full -time and part -time job <br />classifications. All of the proposed classification and /or compensation adjustments have been <br />shared with the appropriate bargaining unit representatives. <br />City Attornev <br />The City Attorney is requesting the creation of a job classification titled Executive Secretary to the <br />City Attorney WC), and the reallocation of one Senior Legal Secretary (UC) position to this new <br />job title, to accurately reflect the duties and responsibilities of the secretarial position directly <br />responsible for providing assistance to the City Attorney. There will be no change in <br />compensation. <br />Finance and Management Services Agency <br />In an effort to conserve financial resources and create efficiencies, the Executive Director of <br />Finance and Management Services is proposing the creation of a job classification combining <br />oversight of the Building Maintenance Division and Fleet Services Division. This middle <br />management classification will be titled Facilities and Fleet Maintenance Manager MM and <br />55A -1 <br />
