e. Oracle 12c Enterprise Edition <br />1. For entities running an IVR or WebConnect, it is the Customer's responsibility <br />to provide Oracle per Processor Enterprise Edition licenses. If the Customer <br />has a separate Train and /or Test environment, additional Oracle licensing is <br />required. At a minimum, the Customer should have Enterprise Edition per <br />Seat + Licensing in place for the Train /Test environments. <br />2. Existing licenses purchased from S &S for Oracle 10g Enterprise Edition will be <br />transferrable to Oracle 12c Enterprise Edition at no additional cost to the <br />Customer beyond current maintenance and support agreement. This would <br />not include Tuning & Diagnostic Packs, but this is not required for enQuesta <br />v4.5. <br />f. RedHat Linux operating system 5.0 or greater required for WebConnect <br />1. S &S to provide an ISO for RedHat Linux operating system. <br />XVII. S &S recommends the following Client PC Hardware & Software to efficiently run enQuesta <br />v4.5: <br />XVIII. The Customer will be responsible for working with /managing their third party vendors which <br />could include integration changes. Changes to the project timeline or the project plan due to <br />the Customer and /or the Customer's third party vendors may result in a change of scope and <br />be subject to a Change Order. <br />XIX. The Customer is responsible for the generation of all reports outside the scope of this <br />Statement of Work. <br />S &S Responsibilities <br />S &S is responsible for overall Project Management which primarily includes the overall execution of <br />the formal project plan. The Project Manager will facilitate joint Project Team meetings and provide <br />status reports as well as any Change Management and Issue Resolution updates.
