Allison attends grant information <br />and training meetings as needed and assists with <br />grant presentations when necessary. <br /> <br />Pete Gantes --- OC Program Director --- <br />Residential Programs <br />Will supervises the PSH Manager and provides <br />support as needed. He acts as an extra resource to <br />clients who are facing any difficulties and need <br />assistance. As the O.C. Program Director of <br />Residential Program Services, Will is responsible <br />for the performance of all residential program <br />services in Orange County including the oversight <br />of Mercy House’s Property Maintenance, Front <br />Door Policy and Resident Coaching Program. <br />Mercy House programs are continuously modified <br />and improved in order to achieve the highest <br />possible effectiveness. Will manages and supervises <br />Team Leaders, Maintenance Technicians, and ISN <br />Program Manager and provides support and <br />guidance when necessary. Further responsibilities <br />include coordinating trainings and orientations <br />when needed; conducting meetings monthly, and <br />periodic Case File review. <br /> <br />Grace Womack --- Permanent Supportive <br />Housing Manager <br />As Permanent Supportive Housing Manager, <br />Grace is responsible for leading a program team to <br />meet Mercy House’s program goals, increase their <br />professional development, and assure quality <br />control of our services. Additionally, the she is <br />responsible for coaching Mercy House residents <br />who enter our system of care into obtaining and <br />sustaining permanent housing. This position reports <br />directly to the O.C. Program Director of <br />Residential Service Programs and supervises <br />Supervise the Housing Stability Specialists <br />providing support as needed. She maintains an <br />understanding of Fair Housing Laws and keeps <br />current on legal issues and regulations. She <br />consults with program staff on housing and legal <br />issues, writes and serves 3-day notices as needed, <br />and assists the Housing Director with managing <br />eviction processes. She review and evaluate <br />performances and provides support and guidance <br />when necessary. <br /> <br />TBD - Housing Stabilization Case Manager <br />The Housing Stabilization Case Manager will work <br />directly with clients in PBV Program. <br />This position is responsible for assisting homeless <br />and at-risk families and individuals break free from <br />the cycles of need toward greater economic <br />opportunity, independence and permanent <br />housing. The objective of this position is to help <br />households obtain and/or sustain stable housing <br />and assure quality control of housing placements <br />and policies. They will collaborate with and act as a <br />resource for other staff on housing issues. They will <br />maintain effective relationships with landlords <br />and/or property managers by resolving conflicts <br />and providing necessary emergency support. <br />The Housing Stabilization Case Manager will <br />interface with neighbors, businesses, city agencies, <br />and police departments to address community <br />issues stemming from the local homeless <br />population and will assist clients in the creation and <br />implementation of housing stabilization plans <br /> <br /> <br />3-26
