Real Estate License #00932652 <br /> <br />Gianna Solari - President <br />Gianna joined Solari Enterprises, Inc. in 1993. <br />As President of Solari Enterprises, Inc., Gianna <br />works directly with the management of their entire <br />portfolio, which consists of Low Income Housing <br />Tax Credits (LIHTC), Section 8, 202, 236, 811 <br />PRAC, Rental Housing Construction Program <br />(RHCP), California Housing Finance Agency <br />(CalHFA) and Community Redevelopment <br />Agency (CRA). Her responsibilities include <br />ensuring all regulatory compliance and operations <br />obligations and are met. Along with the <br />responsibility of maintaining Solari Enterprises <br /> <br />Bruce Solari - Executive Vice President / CFO <br />Bruce is a nationally recognized authority in the <br />field of affordable multifamily housing. After <br />graduating from the University of California, Santa <br />Barbara, Bruce focused on a real estate career, <br />acquiring California Real Estate Broker and <br />General Contractor licenses. His skills and <br />expertise were developed through hands-on <br />experience working on site, then as a property <br />manager and eventually as President of a regional <br />property management company. As Executive <br />Vice President - Chief Financial Officer of Solari <br />Enterprises, Inc., Bruce is responsible for the <br />Financial Operations and continues to work in <br />various areas of development and construction. <br />Teaming up with Johrita, his wife and partner, they <br />are able to create a company that is effectively and <br />efficiently responsive to the needs of clients, <br />residents, government and funding sources. <br />Brokers License #00637985 <br /> <br />Sean A. Theile - Director of Property <br />Management / Regional Manager <br />Sean is in charge of all property management <br />services in CA and oversees the on-sight Property <br />Manager.
