Use of the <br />administrative fee for these purposes must also be consistent with other legal and regulatory <br />requirements, including the requirement in 24 CFR 982.155 and other official HUD issuances. <br />The acquisition of real property for a PBV project is subject to the URA and 49 CFR part 24, <br />subpart B. It is the responsibility of SAHA to ensure the owner complies with these <br />requirements. <br /> <br />17-I.D. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY REQUIREMENTS [24 CFR 983.8] <br />SAHA must comply with all equal opportunity requirements under federal law and regulations in <br />its implementation of the PBV program. This includes the requirements and authorities cited at <br />24 CFR 5.105(a).
