2 <br />Section 3. The Annual Plan for Fiscal Years 2016-2017 of the Housing Authority of <br />the City of Santa Ana is hereby approved and adopted. Said Annual Plan shall be submitted <br />by the Authority to HUD. <br />Section 4.
