No impromptu autograph sessions, <br />no tossing of items from stage, Notify Police Command <br />post if observed <br />• 11:45 am to 9:00 pm: Beer Garden - 5 guards ( 1 each <br />entry, 2 along fence, 1 rover) Fourth/French <br />* Rovers: 11:00 am to 11:30 pm, 1 Supervisor, 4 Rovers. <br />• Supervisor to have radio, Monitor booth activity - lines from <br />wheel of fortune blocking pedestrian paths, amplified sound, <br />illegal vendors and monitor alley barricades. <br />• Once each hour to patrol adjacent parking garages at <br />Third/Birch, Third /Broadway, Fifth/Main, Fiesta marketplace <br />• * **Watoli for gang members especially in the carnival area <br />• 11:45am to 2pm.
