Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to award and execute a <br />construction contract to California Professional Engineering, Inc., in the <br />amount of $47,800, for the term beginning upon execution of the contract and <br />ending upon project completion, for Traffic Signal Equipment Replacement <br />Phase II - Bike Trail Traffic Signal Upgrades, subject to non-substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br />2.
