With more than 20 <br />years of experience in Orange County, Rebecca is a <br />40 %Availability knowledgeable Project Manager in Orange County storm drain <br />infrastructure and requirements, having recently managed the <br />City of Santa Ana's 2013 Storm Drain Master Plan Update. She is well qualified and excited to continue <br />managing and coordinating this effort, and brings with her a proven experience in delivering complex <br />storm drain infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
