AGMT NO. 2016 -057 - ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND ON -CALL SERVICES <br />FOR THE CITY'S TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM (PROJECT NO. 16 -6720) <br />(STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6,1 F) - Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an agreement with Schneider Electric Mobility NA, Inc., for the <br />three -year term beginning April 6, 2016 through March 31, 2019, with <br />provision for two one -year term extensions exercisable by the City <br />Manager and the City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $70,000 <br />annually, subject to non - substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney. <br />251.
