Adopt a resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016 -022 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE PURCHASE AND <br />SALE AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY FROM <br />THE SANTA ANA HOUSING AUTHORITY LOCATED AT 710 EAST <br />SIXTH STREET, 714 EAST SIXTH STREET, 720 EAST SIXTH STREET, <br />415 SOUTH RAITT STREET, AND 423 SOUTH RAITT STREET <br />2. AGMT NO. 2016 -060 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement and all <br />required documents for the acquisition of real property located at <br />415 and 423 S.
