Recognize a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Santa Ana Delhi Diversion <br />Project. <br /> <br />2. AGMT - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a <br />Cooperative Agreement with the City of Costa Mesa that advances funds in an <br />amount not to exceed $1,100,000 for construction of the portion of the Santa Ana <br />Delhi Diversion Project within the limits of City of Costa Mesa and require <br />reimbursement of $600,000 to the City of Santa Ana by January 31, 2017, subject <br />to nonsubstantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br />3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Capital Improvement Project to increase the <br />Delhi Diversion Project budget by $1,100,000. <br /> <br />4. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
