of any construction on or operation and use of the Premises or adjacent property; (4) any failure to comply with all applicable local, state and federal environmental laws, regulations, ordinances, and administrative and judicial orders relating to the generation, recycling, reuse, sale, storage, handling, transport and disposal of any Hazardous Substances on the Premises or adjacent property; or (5) the presence of any underground storage tanks, monitoring wells, water wells or septic tanks now or in the past on the Premises. 22. NOTICE: All notices or demands required or permitted to be given or served pursuant to this Lease shall be deemed to have been given or served only if in writing, postage and /or delivery fees pre -paid and shall be sent by U.S.P.S.
