Our goal is to identify barriers and provide support to overcome barriers to success whil <br />individuals in permanent housing as quickly as possible. The Santa Ana ESG funds will provide individuals with <br />solutions along with individualized services to help improve their social and economic well- being. <br />The funds will provide: <br />• Housing Relocation and Stabilization for homeless families and individuals <br />• Housing Search, Placement, and Retention services <br />• Application Fees, Deposits, Last Month's Rent, and Moving Costs <br />• Case Management and Wrap- around Services <br />• Credit Counseling /Financial Literacy <br />• Short to Medium -Term Rental Assistance <br />Schedule of Performance /Goal Outcomes <br />Estimate the number of ONLY unduplicated Santa Ana participants to be served by the funded program during tt <br />per quarter.
