I. To verify that the project's sampling and testing is performed correctly by the testers and <br />samplers. <br />2. To ensure the equipment is properly calibrated. <br />3. To provide the Resident Engineer with a copy of the program to ensure that the program is <br />carried out, <br />4. To provide the Resident Engineer with a report indicating actions to be taken by the selected <br />testing firm when discrepancies are found between ISAT and acceptance tests (AT). <br />C. CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />Consultant Audit and Review Process: Prior <br />subject to an audit or review by Caltrans <br />organizations, or the federal government. <br />D. CITY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />to awarding the contract, the selected Consultant shall be <br />Audits or Investigations (AM), additional state audit <br />I.
