PRESENTATION: POLICE DEPARTMENT CRIME STATISTICS AND ABC <br />LICENSES <br />Commander Ken Gominsky presented information regarding the use of citywide <br />police grids and how crime statistics are analyzed when considering Alcoholic <br />Beverage Control (ABC) licenses within a certain grid.
