6. PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBER COMMENTS <br />Commissioner Bacerra <br />• Shared that the Orange County Transit Authority (OCTA) adopted the revised <br />bus program in which two Santa Ana bus routes were proposed for elimination <br />and replacement with a circular route. However, the OCTA Board voted to <br />maintain the two existing bus routes. <br />• Informed that OCTA will be studying the Central Harbor Boulevard study that <br />would affect Santa Ana's future streetcar route. Two meetings are proposed, one <br />in Fullerton on February 23 and the other on February 25 at 5pm.
