PUBLIC HEARING — HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION APPLICATION NO. <br />2015-06, HISTORIC REGISTER CATEGORIZATION NO. 2015-06, AND HISTORIC <br />PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2015-13 {STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 5, <br />2; 5, 3} <br />Filed by Judi Bailey to allow the placement and categorization in the Santa Ana Register <br />of Historical Properties as Key for the property located at 2126 North Heliotrope Drive <br />(Bolton House) and to execute a Mills Act agreement with the City of Santa Ana. <br />Chairperson Christy opened the public hearing. The applicant, Ms. Bailey, provided <br />additional history and spoke in support of the project.
