PUBLIC HEARING — HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION APPLICATION NO. <br />2015-07, HISTORIC REGISTER CATEGORIZATION NO. 2015-07, AND HISTORIC <br />PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2015-12 {STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. <br />5, 2; 5, 31 <br />Filed by Adam C. and Sandra E. Loughlin, trustees of the Loughlin Family Trust to allow <br />the placement and categorization in the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties as <br />Contributive for the property located at 2332 North Heliotrope Drive (Jellis House) and to <br />execute a Mills Act agreement with the City of Santa Ana. Chairperson Christy opened <br />the public hearing. There were no speakers nor was communication received, and the <br />hearing was closed. <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on July 9, 2015 and notices <br />mailed July 9, 2015. <br />MOTION: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application <br />No. 2015-07 and Historic Register Categorization No. 2015-07. <br />2. Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of <br />the Council to execute the attached Mills Act agreement with Adam C. and <br />Sandra E. Chairperson Christy opened the public hearing. The <br />applicant, Ms. Reinberger, spoke in support of approval for the project.
