RPP No. 16-007: Digital Records Management Needs Assessment and Implementation Plan <br />City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency March 21, 2016 <br />CSA 3.1 Agency Review / Comments <br />Appropriate Agency staff will review the draft deliverable and providing <br />comments/suggested revisions. Agency comments will be reconciled / consolidated by <br />the Agency's Project Manager into one set of comments, and transmitted to ThlydWave. <br />The review / comments will be provided within the turn -around time specified in the <br />Project Schedule, e.g., 5 business days. <br />CSA Deliverable 3.1: Comments <br />Task 3.2 PWA ECMS Implementation Plan <br />This task will entail taking the feedback from the stakeholder review sessions and <br />Incorporating it to produce the final system design recommendations. <br />Deliverable 3.2: PWC ECMS Implementation Plan <br />Task 3.3 ITSP Executive Presentation <br />Task 3.3.1 Produce Executive Presentation <br />This task will entail producing an executive level PowerPoint presentation of the findings <br />and recommendations of the IT Strategic Plan/Implementation Roadmap. The <br />presentation will be intended for the ITS Steering Committee and METRO's Board of <br />Directors <br />Deliverable 3.2.1: Executive ECMS Presentation <br />Task 3.2.2 Provide Executive ECMS Presentation <br />This task will entail presenting an overview of the project findings and recommendations <br />to the Agency's Administrative Services project team. The presentation will include a <br />summary of Project Tasks, Deliverables, Summary of Products, Budget estimates and <br />Implementation Schedule.
