AGMT NO. 2016 -092 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute a Cooperative Agreement with the City of Costa <br />Mesa that advances funds in an amount not to exceed $1,100,000 for <br />construction of the portion of the Santa Ana Delhi Diversion Project <br />within the limits of City of Costa Mesa and require reimbursement of <br />$600,000 to the City of Santa Ana by January 31, 2017, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2015 -2016 Capital Improvement Project to <br />increase the Delhi Diversion Project budget by $1,100,000. <br />4. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
