Provide daily, weekly and monthly program updates to the Santa Ana Project Manager. <br />d. Submit task completion letters with invoices to the Santa Ana Project Manager, <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Approve programming activities. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This Task is considered complete upon completion of the administrative deliverables and when <br />the Santa Ana Project Manager signs the task completion letter by fall 2016. <br />Task 3 -B: S4 Professional Responders & Stakeholder Activation Program (Winter <br />2016 /Spring 2017) <br />Objective: Develop and implement a comprehensive activation effort with selected first <br />responders and other anti - terrorism stakeholders countywide to ensure S4 message and brand <br />delivery through existing communication channels such as emails, e- newsletters, group <br />meetings (ex. OCCPSA and OCAIC), news media, websites, social media and more). <br />Task Description: <br />Work with the Santa Ana Project Manager to identify and target appropriate professional <br />responders (police, fire, sheriff, elected, etc.) and provide them with regular messaging and <br />communications content (logos, emails, memos, social media, graphics, etc.) for promotion to <br />their agencies and the public.
