jxs 04/25/2016 <br />multiple - family dwelling located on any lot in the Fairmont Permit Parking District which <br />does not have more than four dwelling units located on it, provided that not more than <br />one permit may be issued at any one time to the residents of any one such dwelling <br />unit; and provided further, that the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency may <br />waive the foregoing limitation on the number of permits and dwelling units on a lot if he <br />or she determines that its application in a particular case would cause extreme hardship <br />on the residents of such dwelling units due to a severe inadequacy of on -site parking. <br />Section 7. The Executive Director of the Public Works Agency is authorized to <br />establish rules for the issuance of guest parking permits to residents of the District and <br />to issue or deny such permits in accordance therewith. Such rules shall be designed to <br />limit guest parking privileges as appropriate to provide sufficient parking for resident <br />parking permit holders. Such rules may be revised from time to time as circumstances <br />require. <br />Section 8. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 2016. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
