COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. C -5 -3583 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />impervious drainage needs on the Project and a drainage analysis is required, the AUTHORITY and <br />the CITY shall work together to determine the appropriate analysis approach. <br />Storm drainage collection locations will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate any <br />changed drainage patterns due to the implementation of the Project. The CITY agrees to allow the <br />AUTHORITY to connect drainage collection facilities as desired within the streetcar guideway to the <br />CITY's storm drainage system. <br />5.2.4 Gated Crossings <br />Gated crossing gates shall implement Quiet Zone standards and shall be used at the following <br />locations on the Project: <br />• W. 5" Street /PE ROW Xing <br />• Fairview Street /PE ROW Xing <br />5.3 ROADWAY <br />5.3.1 Geometry <br />The roadway geometry will vary throughout the Project to accommodate the streetcar <br />guideway, turn lanes, through lanes, bike lanes, and parking. The streetcar guideway shall not be <br />exclusive to streetcar operations in street running areas. Vehicular traffic will be allowed on the <br />streetcar guideway in all locations where public roadway use exists, The Parties agree the intent for <br />this Project is to implement the streetcar guideway without widening the roadway. Widening the <br />roadway will not be done to accommodate the addition of bike lanes or new traffic lanes unless agreed <br />to mutually otherwise. <br />The Parties agree to confirm the roadway geometry for all streets including number of lanes, <br />the streetcar placement within the streets, turn lanes, bike lanes, and parking during the resolution of <br />30% design comments.
