At the time of this printing, no correspondence, <br />either written or electronic, had been received. <br />e <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act the recommended action is not subject <br />to CEQA as staff is recommending denial of both the CUP and variance applications. If the project <br />is denied, no further CEQA analysis will be required. <br />5trateaic Plan Alignment <br />Denial of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal No. 3 Economic Development, <br />Objective No. 2 (create new opportunities for business /job growth and encourage private <br />development through new General Plan and Zoning Ordinance policies). Staff recommends <br />denial of both the CUP and variance applications to encourage a healthy tenant mix at the project <br />site that is supported by sufficient amounts of off - street parking.
