Resolution Approving the Relocation Plan <br />First Street Apartments Project <br />June 7, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br />occupants have been interviewed and provided with informational notices of the Relocation Plan <br />in accordance with State and Federal requirements. All project occupants received a copy of the <br />draft Relocation Plan with an Advisory Notice on November 18, 2015 describing the public <br />review and public comment period and providing an address to send written comments and a <br />phone number to call for verbal comments or questions. There were no public comments <br />received during the 30 -day public review and comment period between November 19, 2015 and <br />December 18, 2015. Furthermore, all occupants will be provided relocation assistance including <br />advisory services, moving costs, and re- establishment services provided by the Developer and <br />their relocation consultant. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item assists the City in meeting Goal #5 - Community Health, Livability, <br />Engagement & Sustainability), Objective #3 (Facilitate diverse housing opportunities and support <br />efforts to preserve and improve the livability of Santa Ana neighborhoods), Strategy C (Provide <br />that Santa Ana residents, employees, artists and veterans received priority for affordable <br />housing created under the City's Housing Opportunity Ordinance or with City funding to extent <br />allowed under state law). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Robert Cortez <br />Special Assistant to the City Manager <br />City Manager's Office <br />JB /NV /II <br />Exhibits: 1.
