Resolution Approving the Relocation Plan <br />First Street Apartments Project <br />June 7, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br />occupants have been interviewed and provided with informational notices of the Relocation Plan <br />in accordance with State and Federal requirements. All project occupants received a copy of the <br />draft Relocation Plan with an Advisory Notice on November 18, 2015 describing the public <br />review and public comment period and providing an address to send written comments and a <br />phone number to call for verbal comments or questions. There were no public comments <br />received during the 30 -day public review and comment period between November 19, 2015 and <br />December 18, 2015.
