Mayor Pro Tom Sarmiento to direct staff to bring back options for City Council to <br />consider within 30 days. <br />Mayor Pro Tom Sarmiento, need to create finality with last standing applicant or <br />move forward with other opportunities. <br />Mayor Pulido, would like to add for consideration approval of a development <br />agreement; noted that he received an email from Councilmember Benavides <br />with recommendation that include sureties bonds and performance standards <br />and elements required in a development agreement. Email needs to be entered <br />into the record.
