Section 5 <br />Alternative 4 the amount of construction activity and potential for adverse <br />construction related water quality impacts would be similar to the Proposed <br />Project. With the implementation of Mitigation Measure GEO-1, HWO-2 and <br />HWQ-3 potential adverse water quality impacts Would be reduced to a less than <br />significant level, <br />Mitigation Measures <br />Mitigation Measures GEO-1 and HWQ-2 required. <br />HWQ-3: Prior to conducting dewatering activities OCWD will, receive NPDES <br />Dewatering Permit from the Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br />Level of Impact after Mitigation <br />Alternative 1: No adverse impact <br />Alternative 2: Less than significant with Mitigation Measure GEO-11, HWQ-2 and <br />HWO-1 <br />Alternative 3: Less than significant with Mitigation Measure GIEO-1, HWQ-2 and <br />HWO-3. <br />Alternative 4: Less than significant with Mitigation Measure GEO-1, HWQ-2 and <br />HWO-3. <br />IMPACT HWO-7: Would the project be located within a 100 -year flood <br />hazard? <br />As shown: in Figure 22, the FEMA Flood Hazard Map for the project area <br />indicates that both Centennial Park and the Heritage Museum are designated <br />Flood Zone D, areas with possible but undetermined flood hazards. The Santa <br />Ana River and the Greenville Banning Flood Control Channel are designated <br />Flood Zone X, areas of moderate flooding between the limits of the 100-year <br />flood and 500-year floods. <br />Alternative 1: No Federal Action/No project <br />Under Alternative 1, the project would not be implemented. There would be no <br />change to existing flood hazard conditions at Centennial Park, Heritage Museum, <br />along the Santa Ana River and along the Greenville Banning Flood Control <br />Channel. <br />Alternative 2: Proposed Project <br />The implementation of the Proposed Project would not involve any construction <br />activities that Would increase flood hazard at Centennial Park or at the Heritage <br />Museum, <br />Mid Basin Centennial Park Adf qe roject Final EIR 5-133 <br />
