The Santa Ana River and the Greenville Banning Flood Control Channel are designated Flood Zone X, areas of moderate flooding between the limits of the 100-year flood and 500-year floods. Alternative 1: No Federal Action/No project Under Alternative 1, the project would not be implemented. There would be no change to existing flood hazard conditions at Centennial Park, Heritage Museum, along the Santa Ana River and along the Greenville Banning Flood Control Channel.
