INTERNAL SERVICE FUNDS <br />PERSONNEL SERVICESPROGRAM <br />Employee Group Benefits08109053 <br />Statement of Purpose <br />To provide a responsive, competitive, and cost-effective employee benefits and compensation program; and manage <br />the compensation plan, retirement plan, air quality programs, wellness programs. <br />This program contracts and administers employee and retiree benefits and implements employee compensation plans.
