SECOND READING ORDINANCE: CODE ENFORCEMENT CITATION <br />AUTHORITY {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 1) — Clerk of the Council Office <br />Placed on first reading at the June 7, 2016 City Council meeting and <br />approved by a vote of 5 -0 (Martinez and Sarmiento absent). <br />Published in the Orange County Reporter on June 10, 2016. <br />Councilmember Martinez, stated reasons for opposition to ordinance; <br />suggested consolidating code enforcement, sanitation and business license <br />divisions for efficiency purposes. <br />City Manager Cavazos, indicated that staff would review suggestion and <br />noted that two additional code enforcement officers have been added to the <br />budget. <br />MOTION: Place ordinance on second reading and adopt. <br />ORDINANCE NO.
