PROJECTS /CHANGE ORDERS <br />23A. <br />Councilmember Martinez, same comments as Agenda Item 20A; if issues <br />arise need to remedy. <br />MOTION: <br />1. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to award and <br />execute a construction contract to R.J. Noble Company, the lowest <br />responsible bidder, in accordance with the bid in the amount of <br />$3,946,915, for the term beginning upon execution of the contract <br />and ending upon project completion, for the construction of the <br />Warner Industrial Community Roadway Improvements, subject to <br />non- substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br />2. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated project <br />delivery cost of $5,306,915, which includes the contract base <br />amount, administration, inspection, testing, and an authorized <br />construction contingency of approximately 15 percent, in the <br />amount of $600,000. <br />3. Amend the Fiscal Year 2013 -14 Capital Improvement Program and <br />approve the reallocation of $984,885.84 in Measure M2 Local Fair <br />Share funds (Project # 14- 6812). <br />4.
