CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2016-23 <br />(Applicant Shiv Talwar, Clarion Inn & Suites — 2620 South Hotel Terrace Drive) <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on June 3, 2016 and notices <br />mailed June 2, 2016. <br />A project overview was provided by Ivan Orozco, Assistant Planner I. Chairman <br />Gartner opened the public hearing. The general manager of the Best Western Hotel <br />noted concern and issues from the previous hotel and inquired what new owners will <br />do to ensure it will not become a nuisance. Dishal Mirpuri, owner, and Doug Melvin, <br />manager, answered questions noted they have addressed issues, made <br />improvements, and spoke in support of the project.
