Artists may explain if they have <br />a preference for a specific location or medium in their application <br />materials. <br />V. Budget <br />The City has dedicated a total budget of $50,000 for the Project. The <br />budget, which comes from the Downtown Enhancements and Parking <br />Modernization Plan Fund, is intended to help artists cover project - related <br />expenses, such as the cost of materials, liability insurance, city permits, and <br />artist's fees. The maximum grant amount for an individual project is $25,000. <br />VI. Artist Eligibility <br />This call is open to all qualified artists. Professional artists, hobbyists, and <br />students may apply; however, to be considered for this project, artists must <br />demonstrate experience completing projects of similar scope. Artists may <br />apply as individuals, or as part of an artist team. City employees, elected <br />officials and Commissioners are not eligible to apply. <br />3 <br />19F -8 <br />
