The Contractor agrees that the Santa Ana Police Department may inspect any <br />vehicle, without prior notice, at any time during normal business hours. <br />13. The Contractor shall provide instant communication access via cellular phone <br />or radio to all personnel white performing their duties. <br />G. GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM (GPS) <br />It is highly desirable for the Contractor to provide GPS capabilities in all of their <br />tow trucks. If offered for consideration in the Contractor's Response, the City and <br />Contractor shall be able to view this information via computer in real time and the <br />Contractor shall provide GPS reports at the request of the City. <br />H. CONTRACTOR'S BUSINESS OFFICE REQUIREMENTS <br />The Contractor shall maintain an office and storage facility within the corporate <br />limits of the City of Santa Ana and remain in compliance with any requirements <br />imposed by the Police Department, the Planning Division or any other <br />Department, Agency or Agent of the City of Santa Ana in accordance with <br />federal regulations, state law, the Santa Ana Municipal Code and this <br />agreement. <br />2. It is preferable that the office and storage facility be at the same location to <br />minimize the impact on the community. However, should additional locations <br />exist, the Contractor agrees to conduct all business from the primary facility <br />and any costs associated with operating a secondary location and/or moving <br />vehicles to or from that secondary location shall not be passed along to any <br />customer covered under this agreement. <br />3. The primary facility shall have a sign clearly visible to the public that identifies <br />the location as a towing service. <br />4. The business hours shall be clearly posted. <br />5. The office shall be sufficiently staffed to allow customers to speak with a <br />company representative during normal business hours without unnecessary <br />delay. <br />6. Current and approved rates pursuant to the Towing and Storage Fee Schedule <br />shall be posted in public view in the Contractor's office and /or storage facility <br />in compliance with California Civil Code § 3070 and CVC § 22651.07. <br />7. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of CVC § 22651.1. <br />25F -46 <br />
