FEs are typically focused on exercising plans, <br />Facilitation, Hours, <br />Functional <br />policies, procedures, and staff members Involved In management, <br />Materials, <br />$55,000- $100,000 <br />direction, command, and control functions. An FE is conducted in a <br />Site /Mgt. <br />realistic, real -time environment; however, movement of personnel and <br />Locations, <br />equipment is usually simulated. <br />Reporting /Plans, <br />Travel & Expenses <br />Preparation, <br />Rill -Scale Exercises (FSE) are typicallythe most complex and resource- <br />Planning Meetings, <br />Intensive type of exercise. They involve multiple agencies, organizations, <br />Participants (p), <br />and jurisdictions and validate many facets of preparedness. FSES Often <br />Facilitation, Hours, <br />Include many players operating under cooperative systems such as the <br />Materials, <br />Full -Scale <br />Incident Command System (ICS) or Unified Command. In an FSE, events <br />Site /Mgt. <br />$75,000- $150,000 <br />are projected through an exercise scenario with event updates that drive <br />Locations, <br />activity at the operational level.
