Contractor; The Olson Group, Ltd. <br />bletop Exercises (TTX) are Intended to generate discussion of various <br />ues regarding a hypothetical simulated emergency. They can be used <br />enhance general awareness, validate plans and procedures, rehearse <br />ncepts, and /or assess the types of systems needed to guide the P <br />Participants (if), <br />evention of, protection from, mitigation of, response to, and recovery F <br />Facilitation, Hours, <br />$25,000 - $50,000 <br />im a defined incident. The effectiveness of a TTX Is derived from the M <br />Materials, Location, <br />;ommended revisions to current policies, procedures, and plans; <br />zrefore facilitation is critical to keeping participants focused on <br />=_rcise objectives. <br />B) Operatlon�Dased Exercises- used to validate plans, policies, agreements, and procedures; clarify roles and responsibilities; and identify resource gaps. <br />Exercises are characterized by actual reaction to an exercise scenario, such as initiating communications or mobilizing personnel and resources. ( *Note: <br />Estimated costs are example costs only and depict o range that an exercise may fall within. For every drill, Locations, $3Q000- $75,000 <br />clearly defined plans, procedures, and protocols need to be in place. <br />Personnel need to be familiar with those plans and trained in the Reporting / <br />Travel Expenses, <br />processes and procedures to be drilled.
