AGMT NO. 2016-180 - COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE SANTA ANA <br />DELHI DIVERSION PROJECT (NONGENERAL FUND) (PROJECT NO. 16- <br />6467) {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1 G) - Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: <br />1. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a <br />cooperative agreement, D15-013, with the County of Orange, the <br />Orange County Flood Control District, the Irvine Ranch Water District, <br />and the cities of Newport Beach and Costa Mesa; for the term <br />commencing with the full execution of the agreement by all parties, and <br />extending twenty years from the completion of construction with <br />automatic ten-year renewal, thereafter; obligating the City to its share <br />of $1.9 million for design and construction, including an ongoing 33.93 <br />percent share of maintenance costs for the Santa Ana Delhi Diversion <br />Project, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney. <br />2.
