AGMT NO. 2016-182 - SUPPORT WILSHIRE SQUARE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION'S "DINNER UNDER THE STARS" EVENT (STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 4) — Councilmember Martinez MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with the Charitable Ventures of Orange County Inc. for a one-time donation amount of $1,000, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney. 25J. ARTS AND CULTURE ARTIST GRANT PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 2016-2017 {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 5B) - Community Development Agency Arts and Culture Commission approved recommended action on June 16, 2016, by a vote of 6-0 (Alvarado absent). RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: 1. Approve the Arts and Culture Commission recommendations for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Investing in the Artist Grant Opportunity in the amount of $70,000; 2.
