For example, if the <br />team identifies pedestrian safety /injury prevention as an unmet need, the <br />built environment improvements might be infrastructure related and the <br />plan might be a safe route to school plan. Additional consultant services <br />are available through the Health Care Agency through a separate <br />Agreement. These services are available as requested. <br />5. <br />CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the workgroup participates in a <br />July 31, 2016 <br />training session/discussion hosted by HCA with a focus on local health <br />related data and then identify a built environment project that will <br />promote health. <br />6. <br />CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the workgroup hosts a community <br />August 31, 2016 <br />event to get resident input to the proposed project. Events might include <br />town hall meetings, pop up events, or other types of community <br />engagement activities. The purpose of the event is to vet the proposed <br />changes with the community and get input to assure that the proposed <br />project will be utilized.
