Services <br />C. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES <br />1. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the following performance objectives are met on or <br />before the stated deadline dates: <br />1. <br />PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES <br />CONTRACTOR shall form a multidisciplinary team of three to five staff <br />from different departments within the City to participate in this project <br />and serve as an ongoing workgroup. <br />DEADLINE <br />May 31, 2016 <br />2. <br />CONTRACTOR shall recruit and retain 3 -5 community residents to <br />June 30, 2016 <br />work with City staff as part of the workgroup. The community residents <br />will attend the Resident Leadership Academy which is a 3 session <br />training program that develops knowledge and new skills among <br />residents in every day communities while engaging them in the very <br />processes that affect community change.
