AGMT NO. 2016 -265 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute a Cooperative Agreement with the Orange <br />County Transportation Authority, for the term beginning upon <br />execution by the Orange County Transportation Authority Board of <br />Directors and ending upon Orange County Transportation Authority <br />project acceptance, in the amount of $500,000 with a required City <br />match fund in the amount of $1,250,000, subject to non - substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />2.
