BOG. <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2017 -027 - Recognize Arterial <br />Pavement Management Program grant funds in the amount of $500,000 <br />into the Select Street Construction revenue account and appropriate the <br />same in the expenditure account. <br />Councilmember Martinez, thanked developer for applying for grants that will <br />be used for safety improvements. <br />MOTION: <br />1. AGMT NO. 2016 -266- Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with Depot at Santiago, L.P., in an <br />amount not to exceed $400,000 for the term beginning upon <br />execution of the contract and ending upon project completion, <br />subject to non - substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney. <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
