Bender Rosenthal, Inc. $200,000 <br />DISCUSSION <br />Approval of the recommended action will provide for on -call right -of -way coordinator and property <br />appraisal services as needed to complete Public Works projects. These services will be utilized <br />for the current Capital Improvement Program, including Bristol Improvement Phases 3A, 3B and 4 <br />and the Warner Avenue Improvements project. In addition, these on -call services will support <br />City staff in the day -to -day oversight of right -of -way tasks, such as deed research and cost <br />estimates for all Public Works projects; reviewing existing leases, licenses, franchises, <br />easements, permits and other agreements; and providing property appraisal services for property <br />acquisitions. <br />25D -1 <br />
